I ordered some LEDs from morimotohid.com for my truck and overall it was solid experience. The compatibility info was mostly right, and the bulbs fit good with factory plugs. I haven’t had any weird dash errors so far, which was main thing I was worried about. Install took little longer than I expected because one side was really tight, but that’s more because of my vehicle than the bulbs. I’d give it 4 stars since the fitment notes could use bit more detail, but I’m happy with how they turned out.

I plugged it in and it worked right out of the box, which is exactly what I needed. I don’t have the patience for complicated setups, so no hassle was a big win

The website was easy enough to use, and checkout went smoothly, which was nice. It did take me a minute to track down the right bulb type, because apparently that had to be a little more complicated than expected, but once I found it, the order went through just fine.

The waterproofing seems solid when it’s raining, but I did still notice a bit of light condensation after really cold nights. It’s not a huge deal or anything, I just expected it to be a little better.

Tech support did finally answer my question, but they really dragged it out. The first reply was so basic it felt like they didn’t even read what I sent, which was frustrating. I got it sorted in the end, but it shouldn’t have taken that long. They need to do better and stop making customers chase simple answers.

I had an issue with the HID, and to be fair, these things can happen depending on the setup. I reached out and they got back to me quickly, then sent a replacement under warranty without making it a headache. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

Then I looked closer and—yeah, hold on, why are some of these wires so thin? The loom also wasn’t wrapped as neatly as I expected, so I ended up tidying it up myself before putting it in. It’s not junk or anything, just feels a little rough for the price.

That said, the total added up way faster than I expected, and after checking a few other places, some of the prices did seem on the high side. I don’t regret the order, but I also can’t say it felt like a great value. Next time I’d probably compare prices a bit more before buying.
